But it also goes far beyond that. Positivity makes you more productive by helping to alleviate stress and increase your energy levels. And how does positivity do all these things? By changing your response For example, instead of saying I can’t do it when faced with a difficult task or problem, try to say I can figure out how to solve it or How can I make it work? It may seem like semantics, but saying something like that will help change your response from negative to positive and help you come up with creative solutions. You could also use other examples to change your response.
Example 1: I always think positive, good positive thoughts. Example 2: I never let negativity get me down because I always think about what is going right in my life. Example 3: I only focus on what I can control and put my energy into improving those things rather than wasting time worrying about what I cannot control. This should be around 300 words total, double spaced throughout. Changing your response means simply that. When facing any situation, people tend to respond negatively first and then look for reasons why they shouldn’t feel bad.
