This law manifests itself through three principles: 1) thoughts, feelings, and actions; 2) action-reaction; and 3) cause and effect. These three principles are always at work in your life, whether you are aware of them or not. Your feelings are what attract things to you, and your actions determine how they will react. One’s alignment with these laws determines one’s power to manifest his or her desires. Through an understanding of these laws and an alignment with positive forces, one can learn how to use these laws to manifest anything he/she wants in life. When a person has learned how to use these laws properly, it becomes much easier for him/her to create whatever he/she wants in life. As long as he/she keeps his/her mind focused on what he/she wants, while feeling good about it, and taking consistent action towards getting there, results will come quickly. When you focus on what you want, you send a clear message to your subconscious mind about what you’re focusing on. This is called attraction. So, it makes sense that if you want money, power, and success in your life, look around at those who have that money, power, and success in their lives; study them closely. What are they doing? What are they saying? What are they thinking? If you copy these people, then you will be successful too! And guess what? Science has proven that when you do so, you become just like them. The science behind why being like someone else can make us more successful (and happier) is because we all live off the vibes or energy of other people. And guess what else? We all give off vibes or energy too! So, by copying positive people, we can harness their positive energy to help us succeed and achieve our goals faster than if we were trying to do it alone. In fact, research shows that we are up to 10 times more likely to achieve our goals when we’re surrounded by positive people. Imagine how much easier it would be to achieve your dreams if you had a team of highly successful individuals supporting you every step of the way! Here’s an interesting experiment you can try yourself: Try surrounding yourself with only negative people. Be careful, though, as your energy will start to reflect theirs after just a few days. Then switch it up and surround yourself with only positive people instead. After another few days, check back in with yourself and see how you feel. Do you feel better? Happier? More motivated? These five things could be anything from family members to good health to a roof over your head—the key is to focus on items that really matter to you. As an added bonus, studies show that gratitude is contagious! So when you share your list with others, they’ll likely feel inspired to return the favor. This allows everyone involved to focus on what they have instead of worrying about what they don’t have. In fact, research shows that expressing gratitude toward others can boost happiness levels by up to 25 percent! So go ahead and share your list with friends and family—you may just end up making their day too! And who knows? Maybe your generosity will inspire them to pay it forward. After all, sharing is caring! But before we get into exactly how to use the law of attraction to manifest love, I want to address why most people struggle with it. While wishing will bring you what you desire at times, there's no guarantee that things will happen as you wish.

For example, rather than telling someone you appreciate them, show them by doing small acts of kindness when appropriate. This can go a long way toward strengthening any relationship! It’s also important to keep in mind that while some people may say they want honesty and openness from their friends and family members, not everyone wants to hear every thought running through their heads at all times.
